Short Film Review "Sebelum Tujuh Hari" (Before Seven Days)
Hello everyone.
Today I will review a horror short film titled "Before Seven Days". There is something interesting to throw away worth peeling in this film, where this horror-memorable film is actually not a movie that conveys a message of gloom, horror, or terrible things like horror movies in general. But in this film he slips a message about life, love, and family.
Yes, the most interesting thing in this film in my opinion is where the director managed to convey the message through horror, actually this is not a horror film but it is about longing.
The film begins with the death of the grandmother in a house in the village where she lived. The first day grandma died and she did not have time to be awaited by her children and grandchildren. His son and grandson came home after he took his last breath. That's what made my grandmother die in a deep sense of longing. That's where the film's conflict begins. Her two grandchildren found strange things in her late grandmother's house, sometimes they saw grandma standing staring at them, sometimes they saw her sitting in her rocking chair.
That night, in the room his two grandchildren were sleeping. In their sleep they suddenly heard the sound of a rocking chair moving, the two children were shocked and covered their bodies with blankets. And out of curiosity they re-opened the blanket and they were very surprised when they saw grandma sitting by the side of the bed. The two children ran screaming for their mother. In the middle room the mother visited them then the mother hugged her two children. While calming the two, without them realizing from behind the grandmother pu joined hugging and stroking his two grandchildren full of longing.
Well, what do you think about this movie, isn't this a movie that sends a deep message to all of us. In any busyness you should take the time to visit your mother, who knows she misses you so much.
