Prosena the Long Feet

Prosena is a fly belonging to the family Tachinidae. This fly has a characteristic long legs, higher than flies in general. In addition, it has small eyes that are red pomegranate. Both wings are somewhat sportier than common flies. This is because Prosena only has two wings that are not wide and as a fly she is only used to the flower juice.

In this post, I took a photo of this fly in a field in north Aceh. To our best community @beautyofcreativity I present this beautiful fly. Hopefully this post is useful for us to collect various kinds of insects in the world.
