Technology Augment Schooling

The human mind is subjective to the process of evolution which indicate that whatsoever we proposed in the mind comes to reality through innovations, with this we are where we are in terms of technology. The present generations are so lucky to have enjoyed the said technological advancement because of our predecessors inventions which are now been improved on.

Therefore, I can say learning and technology are interwoven which can't be separated. Day in day out, technology keep improving because scientist keep discovering more ways to improve our lives, more smarter gadgets were invented for our use in schools, homes, business and place of work, hospitals and likewise for our leisure times. These invented gadgets has made life so easy for us that at the tip of our hands we can get solution to almost all what we needed for daily survival.

How These Devices Help Me In School
Technology was my life saver doing my time in school and its still helping me now as a science Teacher and also as a seamstress.

Solving assignments, making research on a particular topic and paying school fees through the school portal was made easier with technology, all that is needed is internet connections and you are good to go. During my days in school, my school usually charge us Wifi levy with our school fees. So the wifi was at all departmental blocks and lecture theatres in which our log in details was our matric number and surname. With this, we have access to internet connection at anytime whenever we are on the school campus.

Technology has really made schooling easier, I have access to various e-books and e-learning videos, I don't have to pass through the stress of going to the library to search for textbooks and articles which I can easily get online.

Also in my sewing skills, after learning the basis when I was undergoing my one year mandatory service in Nigeria, it's technology that's helping me now. With the help of YouTube and e-learning materials, I've gained more knowledge and this can't be possible without technology.

Did They Constitute Distraction?

NOT REALLY

Been distracted with our gadgets can not be over envisaged, even with textbooks you get bored too in which you will want to have a break. So the same happen with our gadgets too, but so far your aim of using the gadgets are achieved, distractions doesn't matter at all.

Future Of Education With Respect To Technology
I believe the best is yet to come, we haven't seen anything yet. Cause the way technology keeps improving daily is alarming, presently lots of people are been certified in various disciplines via online courses, so maybe in the nearest future there won't be classroom learning again in which all students will be taking classes from the comfort of their home, I never can tell.

Also, some future generations will become lazier while the brilliant one will be enhanced adequately. I also think some teachers will end up losing their jobs to the hands of robots. Cause presently, some companies and eateries have started using robots as receptionists and waitresses which can multitask without getting easily tired like human being.

Conclusion
Learning is technology which will never end cause it has come to stay. So far we are alive, learning continues and technology will also keep improving.
