To me, hard work is what made our talent to be more worthwhile. Sometimes you even see people without much talent in their field but as they continue to work hard they become better and more respected doing their work.

Having a talent is just even less than the tip of the iceberg, hard work is what creates a support system for the other main part of the iceberg.
