No everyone has the ability to wake up in the mid night but if you go very early to bed it helps too. Coffee is another thing that helps me when I have a project to prepare for.
What can we do enough sleep is good for the body but to achieve so certain goals we need to stay awake in the mid night.

Yeah, it is like I need someone who can teach me how to wake up at night with little hassle. It is true that the nighttime has its unmatchable benefits to self-development too.
