Morel berry

Hi guys, have you ever heard of this morel berry?, in Indonesia itself, it has many names for this fruit from different regions and generally in #Indonesia it is called ciplukan.

Ciplukan is easy to grow anywhere in the yard, or in the bushes in the fields.

This fruit is sweet but slightly sour, green or yellow in color which is slightly smaller than a cherry tomato, and has a thin outer skin that must be peeled before eating.

Ciplukan has substances that are beneficial for health :
*the fruit contains vitamin C, citrus acid, fisalin, sugars and alkaloids.
*Its roots and stems contain saponins and flavonoids.
*The leaves contain polyphenols and chlorogenic acid and the seeds contain elaidic acid.
