Mental Health Myths Debunked: What Everyone Needs to Know

When mental health is among the top 10 disorders that cause health losses promptly, we need to take it seriously whether we are living in Asia or other subcontinent. It is stated that,
The countries with the highest age-standardized prevalence rates of mental disorders in the world are Portugal, Iran, and Lebanon. We also see high prevalence and disability in Australia, Western Europe, and parts of the Americas, including the US and Brazil.
The issue of mental health is more prevalent around the world. Now, the question is raised: why are these issues getting severity in the world? And what we are doing to improve our mental health?
For Good Mental Health, We Have to Take Hard Decisions
Any type of stress is enough to affect our metal Crafts. People are worried about Unemployment, Poverty, Weddings, Inflation, Toxic relationships, and myriad factors that are making them mental patients.
Today, I'm speaking the truth here; I have been a mental patient. I lost control of my mind in 2022. Unfortunately, the person to whom I love the most was a cheater. She was playing with my life. I had psychological issues, and it was hard for me to control negative thoughts. Suicide was looking for an easy solution for me to sort out the break-up issues. I was fatigued and fed up with my life.
I can remember those nights when Antidepressants and Benzodiazepines were part of my dinner. To control negative thoughts and to relax my mind, I was dependent on drugs. Yeah, I'm drug-addicted and have spent my life in a severe type of stress.
My mental health was around 60%, and 40% of my mental health was damaged. I appreciate my mum and my uncle who did their best to save my life. They made me realize the importance of life. They give me lessons that cheating and deception are the demerits in this world. To give up is not a solution. After following their instructions, I started loving myself. I found the ways that were enough to entertain my life. I started gardening, blogging, and Gym. I became a book reader and studied human behavior.
Now time has passed, everything is normal for me. After two years of looking up, my mental health is now 100%. I'm happy and always like to support things that help me in improving my mental health.
When Life Is Short then How the troubles In Life will be Permanent?
We all are men. God has created us with beautiful skills. When we are confident that there is nothing that can defeat us, believe me, no one can win war from us. Whether it is unemployment or poverty, we should know to live with these issues. We can modify people's attitudes but do our best for ourselves.
Everything in this life is normal. Please take care of your health because it is precious. We should keep a job away that is distracting us. We should do things that make us happy.
Mental Health Is Not A Problem
Mental Health is not a problem. If we are feeling stress either due to a toxic job or due to a toxic relationship. We need to calm our minds. There are several things for Meditation. I have been doing the following things that improved my mental health.
- Watch A Beautiful Movie
- Try to Sing a song that can synchronize with your soul
- Don't miss a walk daily
- Eat what you can cook
- Spend Quality Time with Family and friends
- Do what you like
- Don't engage in activities that can disturb your mental health
I have done these things practically. Moreover, my friends also helped me to improve my mental health. I not only have deleted the topic of toxic relationships but also have challenged myself to have a brilliant life. Thank God, I'm happy with what I am now.
