Hello Everyone.

Welcome Friday. Let's welcome FungiFriday. Anyone who loves mushrooms all over the earth, it's time, let's show it and here is my contribution to #fungfriday. This challenge is hosted by @ewkaw.

Among the many mushrooms scattered on the planet earth, there are mushrooms that are very delicious in taste and everyone knows that oyster mushrooms are very good for stir-fry. Today I rediscovered the oyster mushrooms. I can't wait to turn it into a delicious dish. almost every month I have been consuming oyster mushrooms, sometimes the fungus Volvariella volvacea. The two mushrooms became a favorite choice of dish for me.

I have no doubts about this mushroom. Some people may not eat mushrooms sometimes because they have certain medical conditions, but this oyster mushroom is very safe for anyone who eats it. The texture is soft and has a sweet taste, which makes oyster mushrooms very tasty at any time. Usually, oyster mushrooms are often fried with a mixture of spices. I'm not going to bother with this mushroom recipe. So I just added some spices like garlic, onion, chili, coriander, pepper powder, and frying oil. It's so easy and the taste is so tempting.

In some Indonesians, this mushroom is widely cultivated. But the maximum result is not always obtained. This fungus needs the right air temperature because the temperature is very important for optimal growth. The air temperature must be maintained and is usually between 16 and 22 Degrees Celsius. And the fungus also needs a good level of acidity. if the acidity or alkalinity is bad, the growth of oyster mushrooms will be suppressed.
