FungiFriday - Two types of beautiful mushrooms

avatar

This is my contribution to #FungiFriday by @ewkaw

Some time ago when was at a cocoa plantation I tried to find mushrooms there, and managed to get two types of mushrooms at that location. Those two types of mushrooms are what I want to share on this #FungiFriday.

Two types of mushrooms that I want to share in the first photo are mushrooms that grow on rotten logs. At first glance this yellow mushroom is similar to jelly or coral mushrooms.

However, when I started to match the name with the help of google lens, it seemed that this mushroom was part of Phlebia, a genus of crust fungi belonging to the Meruliaceae family.

This fungus that grows on the roots of the durian tree which begins to rot is repeatedly I asked Google Lens for help to identify its name, there is no similar result. But this mushroom is quite interesting, even after I finished taking some photos I tried to take this mushroom from where it grew and it turned out that this mushroom pretty beautiful gills.
