After 12 Hours of Use - Ryzen 9 5950X - AIO Displacement
I have been working on a high-end PC for a few days, taking my time building this God Tier PC. I have an Arctic Cooling 240mm radiator (2 120mm fans) called the Liquid Freezer II (rev 3).

Depending on the revision you have, there are various holes to mount your AIO Cooler. I have rev 3 as it was on sale and an open box item, so I saved a few dollars.
Rev 3
Rev 4
From what I read online, people would get idol temperature of 40-60 Celcius and an operating temperature of up to 80 Celcius with air or fans for cooling.
The running temperature I have from 12 hours of Theta Full power compute jobs on the edge node, is 45 Celcius. That's after 12 Hours running at 99% CPU usage. This is incredible performance and the offset is large to credit from what I heard on Gamers Nexus.
Using 2400mhz ram (4x2=8Gb) while my new ram is in the mail, If I do not update, the thermals were unaltered by the ram upgrade (8x2=16gb) @ 3200 MHz.
Everything here looks really interesting , are you running the Theta Node ?
The Edge Node yes, the Guardian Node no.
What are these nodes you talk about.
These are the Nodes for Theta Blockchain and you can run one of them if your system meets the requirements.
You can run a edge node, much like mining, your system resources are used to encode videos for people on the Theta network.
I just posted a bong video, someone was forced in a decentralized way to render the video and encode it for theta to be published.
The nodes, both are over the top amount of explanation, if you just want to help out get the edge node and run it on Light in the background, medium and full power mode will heat up that AMD you have.
The guardian node is for rich cholos, I think @antisocialist or @frot had a guardian node. @logiczombie as well is using the Theta, I wish I could remember who had hands on with the guardian node.
I had one, but it ate up my memory so I couldn't work on the same computer.
I kept falling behind the leading blocks.
Gpool does the guardian nodes, if you have the 1000 theta.
If you have a windoze machine the edge nodes are for the regular users, linux version after the fork next week.
I don't know how much they earn, but I'm sure you will need a dedicated box to mine it.
Or only mine when you are not doing other things.
This link is the doorway to the future.
The prices of NFTs are where the snakes live on theta.
No one noticed for a week they had been paying 4x the price to mint a NFT, so they have a proof of concept there is a week delays between huge mark up and a market reaction.
I just hope the linux node works.
You could't pay me to spend money on an nft on the retail market.
The secondary markets will be where the bargains are.
It's to mint, to even have a NFT exist in theta, it costs 13 T Fuel now, that's $6.5, up from 3 T Fuel
Nothing like a good money grab.
All hail, crapitalism.
Poor people need not apply,...
That's great , you have a great PC already.
Edge node is more profitable than guardian node , it almost pays you three times more if i am not wrong.
how many tfuel you mine a day?
