We are all out of shape on a mental level, think of it like this if we see someone very out of shape physically or very overweight and I ask you how I got into that situation, your answer is probably to eat a lot of junk food or did not exercise for a long time while led a sedentary life, for example, and you would probably be right if we see someone unable to concentrate for ten minutes at a time on an important task and wanting to abandon a task that that person himself decided to start, we are seeing a person very out in shape but on a cognitive level at the level of our attention span and remember that we need to be in shape both physically and mentally.

It improves our ability to focus more intensely and for longer it makes us more productive, it allows us on the one hand to improve the results in our daily lives, but on the other it allows us to dedicate less time to the tasks that we do not enjoy, for that it is important that you understand that productivity in our life depends on three main factors, on the one hand it depends on time, on the other hand it depends on the attention that is the objective of this publication and thirdly it depends on the energy we have.


The result of what we do from the study of work has a formula that should help you understand why it is important to train and improve your ability to focus, your attention span and is the following in the result of the work produced, what result we are going to have is equal to the time we dedicate due to the intensity of our attention we are working on, you can dedicate thousands of hours to something that if your attention is bad your result will also be bad, but let's focus on what matters to us today, which is attention and focus we are losing our ability to concentrate, it is nothing new that we live in a world where absolutely everything threatens our attention span in the same way that today the vast majority of industrialized foods threaten our health.

And you have to understand how our survival works, our brain in this case, because the brain is prepared to pay attention to things that are on the one hand pleasant, to situations that represent a threat and something that brings us novelty; If we allow irrelevant news to distract us, such as email, social networks, alerts and notifications from your cell phone, you will never be able to dedicate the time necessary to complete complex and important tasks for you, since our brain is distracted by that novelty is dedicated to completing irrelevant tasks that of course will also give you irrelevant results.
