RE: Listening to music before going to sleep? Maybe it is not a good idea

I feel like this has something to do with me. The thing is, a couple of days back, I loved Drowning in music before bed, sometimes I fell asleep in the process, that is, leaving the music still playing, it was more scarier because this music is playing through my headphones, so I'm the only one that can hear them as though my headphones were still plugged onto my ears as I fell asleep. I often woke up feeling dizzy, while I figured this, I didn't really stop the habit of listening to music, only made sure I don't sleep when it's still on.

Yesterday when I figured I'd soon fall asleep, I put it off but I realized I woke up a couple times at night in a slightly achy state, and this morning I was dizzy as usual and still feeling extremely sleepy, I guess that's as a result of the all night shallow sleep.

Nowadays I often listen to music at night. Not on earbuds, nor on headphones. I simply play it on my smartphone. So this is indeed a habit in various forms for many people. I have not experienced any discomfort, inconvenience or disadvantage so far. But nor any good effects. So this habit is neutral on me.

So the end results of this habit may be very different from people to people. To some people, listening to music at night, before going to sleep is indeed a help, to some people it is bad, and to some people it is neutral.

I give you some !LUV and !PIZZA.
