A little analysis
Hello friends from the community, first of all I want to congratulate everyone who has contributed their words to the POB community, and also everyone involved in this HIVE project. I know that I've been away from the community lately, and I hope based on this text to go back to writing daily and be more active, something I only did at the beginning (at least in terms of writing texts, lol), when I met the community.
Reading the posts of several authors, I realized the willingness and determination to increase their engagement, in the search to successively grow in the community, those who don't measure efforts, come rain, shine (lol) and don't miss a day of publishing something or comment on several posts, it helps the community to grow and also brings individual benefits (which are the rewards given by the curators).
Over the time I was writing (even though it is reasonably few articles compared to the most active ones), I realized how difficult it is to produce something from your thoughts, of course you don't write something without having some knowledge about the subject specific. It is worth remembering that the more you dedicate yourself to your projects, the better you will be rewarded by the curators, they are the ones who give encouragement and encouragement for the community to grow and motivate the various authors.
When I got to know the project, I was impressed with the variety of subjects reported in the HIVE community and in the POB (where I write the posts), people who seek to transmit their knowledge to others, and the best part, is financially rewarded, this is gratifying, Is not it???
Successful projects will always depend on a planned and concrete structure, just like people who think big and act when necessary. After all, no matter how good it is, there is always something to be improved, staying in the comfort zone is an imminent danger in view, the world is always in constant evolution, and we must follow the evolutionary process, so as not to stall in the timeline.
