Safe to say I have been a loser in all three categories at some point and time in my life lol. I think it's important to experience them all and reflect back on where you could improve, even a smart loser can benefit from harnessing some of the other traits from unlucky or over-confident. Got to be a special kind of loser to keep on going even when all hope is lost!

I think everyone has too one way or the other. The main factor is to learn from your mistakes and don’t go there anymore. That’s how you start being the better version of yourself.
