The fact that farmers were belittled back then had a huge toll on our economy and food circulation around the country. We suffered from that actions and we continue to suffer. How I wish that the children of farmers see light in becoming a farmer and focus on cultivating their lands. Modernization brings more efficient and fast harvesting that requires plenty of manpower.
