RE: Being sedentary too much not only makes you unfocused, anxious, and depressed; it also makes you think slower because it impairs your cognitive skills.

Greetings @escritorimparcial, thanks for sharing with all readers this writing, it is certainly important to note that not everything revolves around a computer and that there are different physical activities that we can develop to maintain good health, as sometimes we forget about it because we are engaged in the production of work.
