Nose Mask or Chin Mask
Hello Everyone,
And welcome to my blog, hope you are doing great and staying safe. So there is this thing happening here in Ghana which i have noticed and i was wondering if it out there too, the issue of wearing the nose mask as a chin mask.
The last time i boarded a public transport i noticed lots of individuals wearing the masks to cover their chin exposing their noses, it made me wonder if they just do not know how to wear it or perhaps they are asthmatic or perhaps they do not care about the virus anymore. The driver's mate, who had removed his completely got confronted by some passengers in the car claimed that he cannot shout for passengers to hear so its better he takes it off. I later learned that those who were not wearing it well says they feel uncomfortable wearing the mask to cover the nose.
Unfortunately the worse cases were observed as i strolled through the market on my way to the work place. It make i wonder if people believe that the virus is gone completely or they simply do not feel perturbed by the virus anymore, maybe they believe we have achieved immunity now because the recovery cases keeps rising or simply because less people are dying now. But it is really a safe to practice this considering the fact that WHO recently talked about how the nose mask may just protect you from getting infected?
Well, i would love to know about what is happening in the other worlds, have not noticed people wearing the nose masks to cover their chin? What excuses did some of these people give?
