Estudio realizado en Argentina para determinar la reducción de la mortalidad en pacientes de 60 años y mas en la estrategia de vacunación.

• Se utilizaron las 3 vacunas disponibles en argentina.

• La primera etapa consistió en un diseño test-negative case control (casos y controles de diagnóstico negativo).

• La segunda etapa fue determinar la letalidad de los paciente que dieron positivo para coronavirus en los test. y se vacunaron.

Este estudio se realizo cuando habían la circulación predominante de las variantes Alpha, Gamma, y Lambda. Se concluyó que se podía disminuir la mortalidad de la infección con la implementación de la vacunación, que la efectividad de la creación de anticuerpos es menor en personas mayores de 80 años pero aún así hay creación de anticuerpos.

En los pacientes vacunados con la SPUTNIK V 155.115 pacientes eran positivos para la infección viral activa del coronavirus y de esos pacientes solo un 16.428 falleció por COVID 19

Conclusión

¿El paciente que se vacuna tiene anticuerpos?
El 95% de los pacientes que reciben la vacuna aumentan los títulos totales de anticuerpos. Y era más efectivo en pacientes jóvenes.

¿tiene anticuerpos contra el receptor ECA - 2?
Recuerden que el coronavirus tiene una proteína llamada proteína spike sars cov 2 que se une a los receptores ECA- 2 ( Enzima convertidora de angiotensina 2) para iniciar su infección viral en las células pulmonares.

El 85% de los pacientes tienen anticuerpos contra receptor ECA 2, en predominancia la efectividad de la vacuna que se creo para luchar en contra el coronavirus original vs variantes alfa y delta es 1.3% menos efectiva, y contra la variante beta es 10 veces menor.

HABIAN ANTICUERPOS NEUTRALIZANTES?
Crean anticuerpos neutralizantes contra las tres variantes del coronavirus y el virus salvaje pero suelen disminuir su efectividad, la disminución predomina en el ámbito de disminuir contagios y pacientes asintomaticos, no tanto para evitar hospitalizaciones y muertes.

Study carried out in Argentina to determine the reduction of mortality in patients aged 60 years and over in the vaccination strategy.

• The 3 vaccines available in Argentina were used.

Conclution

Does the vaccinated patient have antibodies?
95% of patients who receive the vaccine increase total antibody titers. And it was most effective in young patients.
