Las inspecciones de techo son importantes de realizar de manera de diagnosticar y tomar correctivos que permitan regularizar situaciones que pudieran afectar la salud de la estructura o parte de la edificicación. Y aunque no lo creas las edificaciones también se enferman y es lo que llamamos en Ingeniería Civil, las "Patologías de la Construcción".

Cuando se realiza una inspección se visita el lugar y se van tomando notas de lo relevante, en este caso lugar de los daños y se indagan en el sitio las posibles causas.

Primero se inspecciona dentro de la edificación para observar si hay filtraciones, para esto buscamos la presencia de manchas o inclusive desprendimiento de friso. Posteriormente se sube al techo para tener otra perspectiva de la situación.

Se va tomando fotografías y luego en un informe de inspección, se presentan las fotos con una reseña de lo que se quiere acotar.
