How to plan my time working from home.

Dear readers, our lives are complemented by work, housework and of course recreational activities with our friends and loved ones, this certainly sounds perfect, but sometimes it can be difficult to carry it out. Before I was in my forties when I went to work I always said that if I could get a job that I could do from home everything would be easier. Today more than seventy percent of my work activities are at home, but even so I can still suffer from stress, because I not only have to be aware of my work but also of the regular activities of my home, the attention to my family and of course the always essential recreational activities.

Based on the above mentioned, I have the need to plan my time in an efficient way to be able to write in my blog, teach at the university, be attentive to the courses I am taking, attend the food business that is in my home, be aware of the nft market because I am immersed in some games, attend some agricultural producers and of course certain fundamental tasks of the home and family. I gave myself the task of mentioning all the activities because there must be an efficient way to organize them and be able to comply with all of them.

A few days ago, a friend recommended me the SCRUM methodology to be able to plan the activities that I have to do, I started searching for information and I could corroborate that this methodology is implemented in some companies to carry out a set of activities on a regular basis and that its main objective is to promote teamwork in an efficient way. At first I doubted that it could be useful to me, but the word "teamwork" came to my mind, and of course at home I have a great team formed by my wife and children, so I said to myself if it is a methodology that could help me to organize certain household tasks that can be done as a team, that will help me to create habits in my children and of course it will allow me to give priority to my activities by setting a date and duration for each activity.

In the following, I will describe in a simple way how to implement such a methodology, which may look like many others, but can help us to guide our activities:

- From a business point of view, the aim is to implement a meeting to plan according to the degree of priority, what is going to be done and how it should be done; this is something that we can logically apply to our activities.

- As a second step at the corporate level, they organize daily meetings to see the evolution of the activities if they were executed or if there was any impediment to their execution. I think that this is something that we could also logically implement in our weekly planning to visualize whether we have fully complied with what was planned.

These activities should be grouped by areas, then focused according to the priority of the moment, and captured on a blackboard or corkboard as shown below:

Finally, it is important to mention that within the tool shown you can add a section where you can indicate who will be specifically responsible for the household activities at the planned date and time. I am sure there are other similar tools, but I am particularly struck by the way of grouping the areas and the breakdown of the activities.
