Historical Building Lawang Sewu

Hi hivers friends!! today we go to one of the historical buildings in Indonesia. This building is not only an icon of Semarang, it is also the most sought after place by travelers. In this building there are several attractions that make this building always crowded with tourists. Both local and foreign tourists. A historic building and is now an interesting tourist spot. As the name implies (Lawang Sewu), the main attraction of this place is that it has many doors. Besides looking cool, this is a challenge for tourists to go through. My advice, don't get lost, because this building is like a maze, it's better to follow people if you've never entered this building.

Talking about the architecture of this building, it is clear that its unique architecture makes it look aesthetic, so taking pictures in various corners of the building will look good. One of them is like in the main building which has glass mosaics and doors lined up like a maze. Of course it is the main attraction for visitors to shoot some pictures there.

Lawang Sewu, besides being unique and aesthetic, is also known for its myths and horror stories while in this building and it's not that people don't want to visit it, but people flock here to prove it. It is said that the story, there is a basement that became the site of a massacre during the colonial era in Indonesia. And that's what makes all visitors curious about the mystical air that is very thick here. What if you, are interested in mystical air?

So that's a little info that I know about this Lawang Sewu tourist spot in Semarang. Because of this information that makes the attraction of everyone to choose tourist attractions here. Even though it is clearly reported everywhere that this building has a mystical nature, people still go here, including me, because curiosity makes me want to be in this place.

Some tips that you need to note when traveling here are: first, it's a good idea to bring enough cash, because the payment system at this place still uses cash. Better to bring enough cash than you have to starve. The second is the most important, avoid touching historical items so they are not damaged, because the items here you will not be able to replace with money. Furthermore, if you want to use this place as a pre-wedding or shooting location or you also use a professional camera, handycam, or GoPro, you should first communicate with the manager so that there is no misunderstanding. At least you have to ask permission from the officer.

I give this tip not without any benefits, this is in accordance with my experience when visiting here. So enjoy this place like a traveler who explores every place.

I'm here besides being interested in the myth of this building, it also draws my attention to the structure of this building which is so old but still looks solid like a new building. The architecture of this building is also really really wow with windows lined up everywhere and doors like a maze. Making everyone who visits this building is challenged to enter every room.
