We are increasingly, comfortably, surrounded and exposed to technology but it also seems that little by little we are being replaced by our own creations.

At a time when finding a job is quite an arduous task, we are seeing that the greater technological development is causing entire workforces, as in some production plants, to be fully mechanized. They no longer need people for certain functions and the trend is that inventions are invading us in more and more areas of our lives.

In many cases this is positive, current communications flow at the speed of wi-fi and we can avoid waiting for the messenger to bring you the letter or the sealed parchment as in the past. We also have more information at the click of a button. And in other more specific cases, many have been able to enjoy these important advances in the field of medicine for example, and it must also be admitted that many machines now do the hard work, we could no longer live without a washing machine but neither could they be manufactured many things without many computerized gadgets, nor could anyone imagine an office without a computer on the table.

But what will happen with the "handmade" or "homemade" or the "direct customer service"? It is clear that we will continue to need people to continue doing some of those things or even others, because we will have to learn to perform other tasks that even now we do not know. What will today's students work on in the future?

Little by little we will have to specialize, to adapt to other needs and to acquire new knowledge because we will have to focus on the potential and qualities that we can develop in the best and most efficient way, always being obviously productive. Find the perfect synergy.

Therefore, we must look to the future not with fear or resignation but with creativity and ingenuity, starting from now to redirect our careers or shape them according to our environment. Globalization is a phenomenon that came into our lives and it seems that it pushes us to another type of life, both on a personal level (other types of relationships, consumption ...) and on a professional level, due to what it entails at the level of markets, competitiveness and typology of work.

For this reason, there are those who already suggest that children start from school to study programming, since it will be one of the languages ​​of the future, because it was something that would be necessary to function better in such a global world, which is now.

All this seems to make sense, it is what evolution entails, new technologies emerge almost every day without ceasing to amaze us, and we do not stop thinking about everything we can do shortly. Yes, in a short time, because if something characterizes our moment is speed, everything is done quickly, everything is needed quickly, and we even feel that days, months and years go by very quickly. There are many things to do and immediacy is essential.

Is that fast acceleration always good? Does technology help us as much as we think? Well, on the one hand, technology is very practical, yes, but on the other... like everything it also has its problems or drawbacks, as often happens, if it is used without control.

Personally, I would not want to live in a dehumanized world full of almost self-sufficient machines as the planet appears in many of those futuristic movies. There is a human essence that should be preserved in all those areas where there is less and less of what is natural, such as in personal relationships (there are those who only look at their mobile and not the eyes of the people who are by their side) or in food production (we know that we are eating more and more artificial filth camouflaged in unintelligible nomenclatures) and at other levels you will surely have also debated how things have changed.

We may not be able to reduce all our tech activity but to be able to use many of the machines we use with common sense and not with addiction or madness. In some cases, there may even be ethical conflicts or, as we have seen in the workplace, it can have uncertain future consequences. Are we sufficiently prepared to use more evolved technology? Shouldn't we also be more evolved?

In addition, total dependence on something sometimes brings other problems (social or health issues), and let's just imagine...

Siamo sempre più, comodamente, circondati ed esposti alla tecnologia, ma sembra anche che a poco a poco veniamo sostituiti dalle nostre stesse creazioni.

In un momento in cui trovare lavoro è un compito piuttosto arduo, stiamo vedendo che** il maggiore sviluppo tecnologico sta causando la completa meccanizzazione** di intere maestranze, come in alcuni stabilimenti produttivi. Non hanno più bisogno di persone per determinate funzioni e la tendenza è che le invenzioni ci stanno invadendo in sempre più ambiti della nostra vita.

In molti casi questo è positivo, le comunicazioni attuali scorrono alla velocità del wi-fi e possiamo evitare di aspettare che il messaggero ti porti la lettera o la toppa sigillata come in passato. Abbiamo anche più informazioni con un semplice clic. E in altri casi più specifici, molti hanno potuto godere ad esempio di questi importanti progressi nel campo della medicina, e bisogna anche ammettere che molte macchine ora fanno il duro lavoro, non potremmo più vivere senza lavatrice ma nemmeno potrebbero essere fabbricate molte cose senza molti gadget informatici, né qualcuno potrebbe immaginare un ufficio senza un computer sul tavolo.

Ma cosa accadrà con il "fatto a mano" o il "fatto in casa" o il "servizio clienti diretto"? È chiaro che continueremo ad aver bisogno che le persone continuino a fare alcune di queste cose o anche altre, perché dovremo imparare a svolgere altri compiti che anche adesso non conosciamo. Su cosa lavoreranno gli studenti di oggi in futuro?

A poco a poco dovremo specializzarci, adattarci ad altre esigenze e acquisire nuove conoscenze perché dovremo concentrarci sulle potenzialità e sulle qualità che possiamo sviluppare nel modo migliore ed efficiente, essendo ovviamente sempre produttivi. E trovare la sinergia perfetta.

Pertanto, dobbiamo guardare al futuro non con paura o rassegnazione ma con creatività e ingegno, a partire da ora per reindirizzare le nostre carriere o modellarle in base al nostro ambiente. La globalizzazione è un fenomeno che è entrato nelle nostre vite e sembra che ci spinga verso un altro tipo di vita, sia a livello personale (altri tipi di relazioni, consumi...) sia a livello professionale, per quello che comporta a livello il livello dei mercati, la competitività e la tipologia di lavoro.

Per questo c'è già chi suggerisce che i bambini inizino dalla scuola per studiare la programmazione, visto che sarà uno dei linguaggi del futuro, perché era qualcosa che sarebbe stato necessario per funzionare al meglio in un contesto così globale mondo, che è adesso.

Tutto questo sembra avere un senso, è ciò che comporta l'evoluzione, le nuove tecnologie emergono quasi ogni giorno senza smettere di stupirci, e non smettiamo di pensare a tutto quello che possiamo fare a breve. Sì, in poco tempo, perché se qualcosa caratterizza il nostro momento è la velocità, tutto si fa in fretta, tutto serve in fretta, e sentiamo anche che giorni, mesi e anni passano molto velocemente. Le cose da fare sono tante e l'immediatezza è fondamentale.

L'accelerazione veloce è sempre buona? La tecnologia ci aiuta tanto quanto pensiamo? Ebbene, da un lato la tecnologia è molto pratica, si, ma dall'altro... come tutto ha anche i suoi problemi o svantaggi, come spesso accade, se usata senza controllo.

Personalmente, non vorrei vivere in un mondo disumanizzato pieno di macchine quasi autosufficienti come il pianeta appare in molti di quei film futuristici. C'è un'essenza umana che dovrebbe essere preservata in tutti quegli ambiti dove c'è sempre meno di ciò che è naturale, come nelle relazioni personali (c'è chi guarda solo il proprio cellulare e non gli occhi delle persone che sono al loro fianco lato) o nella produzione alimentare (sappiamo che stiamo mangiando sempre più sporcizia artificiale mimetizzata in nomenclature incomprensibili) e ad altri livelli avrete sicuramente dibattuto anche su come sono cambiate le cose.

Potremmo non essere in grado di ridurre tutta la nostra attività tecnologica ma di essere in grado di utilizzare molte delle macchine che utilizziamo con buon senso e non con dipendenza oppure follia. In alcuni casi possono esserci anche conflitti etici o, come abbiamo visto sul posto di lavoro, possono avere conseguenze future incerte. Siamo sufficientemente preparati per utilizzare una tecnologia più evoluta? Non dovremmo essere anche più evoluti?

Inoltre, la totale dipendenza da qualcosa a volte porta altri problemi (sociali o sanitari), e immaginiamo solo...

Cosa faremo se c'è un blackout?!
