Monomad | Wood mushrooms that look very beautiful and unique - [Trametes hirsuta]
This is my entry for the #monomad challenge curated by @monochromes today.
Yesterday afternoon I went back around the cocoa plantations to look for mushrooms and when I got there I immediately took my smartphone camera and macro lens to take pictures of macro objects because I really like taking pictures of small objects.
And at that time I immediately explored the area of this cocoa garden and I accidentally saw one of the very unique and beautiful wood mushrooms that grow on a dead cocoa tree, and at that time I immediately took this mushroom for me to take a picture of the mushroom This wood looks very beautiful and unique.
And you can see below some of the wood mushroom portraits I took yesterday afternoon and I hope you like them.
This wood mushroom is known by another name, namely Trametes hirsuta which has a hard texture and usually grows on dead trees and has a fan-like shape with bright white and brown colors.
And at that time I took several angles of this Trametes hirsuta mushroom and some of them had an ant playing in the body area of this wood mushroom as you can see above and below.
Trametes hirsuta, commonly known as hairy bracket, is a fungal plant pathogen. It is found on dead wood of deciduous trees, especially beechwood.....Wikipedia

Beautiful photographs. The first one is impressive, it doesn't even look like a mushroom, it looks like an alien sphere :).
