MONOMAD : SHY CATERPILLAR

To take part in today's #monomad contest, I'd like to show you some macro photo of an animal. The animal I share today belongs to the insect class. The insect that I will share today is called a "Caterpillar". Caterpillar is the type of animal that makes most people afraid or amused when they see or touch their bodies. On wikipedia it is explained that a caterpillar is an animal that is in the larval stage before it becomes a butterfly or a moth, and after the caterpillar becomes a butterfly, people will like it, even many women who become butterflies as icons or decorations as other knick-knacks.

The caterpillar in my post this time is bright brown, if you are curious about the original color, below this black and white photo I also show 2 photos of this caterpillar that I didn't edit into black and white. I took this photo of the caterpillar while he was on the moss on a log, and I tried to take the wood peel to make it easier for me to take photos with a wide background view.

All the photos that I display in this post were taken yesterday afternoon in the Aceh forest, this photo was taken using a smartphone camera and the help of a macro lens, enjoy it and I hope you like it. 🤗

What happened ? After he threw his fists in front of me he seemed to be interacting with his body language, I think he was embarrassed because I saw him do that, damn !! he's hiding his head :D

And below are some photos of caterpillars that I took by squirting a little water on their bodies, I did this to make them seem more elegant, but because of this, they hid their heads and seemed reluctant to look at me, oohhh caterpillars, I'm sorry if you don't like it. 😟

And because I thought he didn't like water spray, I finally transferred it to a leaf, and I hoped that the leaf could become food for the caterpillar, so he wouldn't be angry and pouting at me all the time. 😅
