This is my entry for the daily #monomad challenge hosted and curated by @monochromes

To take part in today's #monomad contest, I'd like to show you some macro photo of an insect. The insect in this post is a type of moth, in other languages it is called Scirpophaga, moths are animals that are almost the same as butterflies, but they are different, you can see at the end of their antennae, moths have pointed antennae ends, whereas butterflies are usually round, and the common difference between the two is, moths are usually nocturnal, while butterflies are daytime.

As seen in my post this time, I took some photos of these moths at night, while I was guarding the roadside stall, and saw them flying and some relaxing.

And the two photos below you can see the refraction of light like the moon, it is the light reflected by vehicles crossing the highway. As I said above, that when I took this photo while guarding the shop, and my shop was located on the edge of the Sumatran causeway.

Below I photographed him while he was on a wood or my stall board, here you can see that moths have pointed antennae ends, in contrast to butterflies which have round antenna ends.

When I was taking a photo and calming my hands to focus properly on the moth, suddenly an ant passed by, and saw this moth as if glancing at him with a sharp gaze, and it turned out that the ant was just passing by, and he finally enjoyed his rest time again.

Look at the photo below, the tail looks like it has been damaged, let's guess, whether he just had a great fight or survived a predator who wanted to eat him, it's still a conundrum. 😁
