(Edited)

This is my entry for the daily #monomad challenge hosted and curated by @monochromes

To take part in today's #monomad contest, I'd like to show you some "Macro Photo" of an "Animal". The animals that I will share this time are animals that belong to the class of insect. The animal that I share this time has a very strange shape, and this is the first time I have seen and found it, its size is so long that it makes it difficult for me to take photos using a smartphone camera with the help of a macro lens, here I will also tell you a little about my moments will find it, when my friends and I were sitting enjoying a cup of coffee in a shop not far from where I live, I saw a movement on the floor, and when I approached it it turned out that he was really moving, at first I thought this was a twig, after I approached and tried to get up the courage to hold it I began to be curious about this animal, and after I brought it to my seat, I started taking pictures.

After I tried to match the photo on my smartphone to the google lens, there I found the name of this animal, the name is "Medauroidea Extradentata". And then I looked for some additional information on wikipedia, and there it says that:

"Medauroidea extradentata, commonly known as the Vietnamese or Annam walking stick, is a species of the family Phasmatidae. They originate in Vietnam and are found in tropical forests there. They eat a variety of foliage, though in captivity they commonly eat blackberry bramble, hawthorn, oak, red maple, and rose, ....." - Read more on 👉 wikipedia

And if friends want to see the original color of the insects that I share this time, below the black and white photo in this post I add some photos that I didn't edit into black and white, and below are some photos of insects called Medairoidea extradentata that I will share to all my friends, and by the way all the photos that I show here were taken using a smartphone camera and the help of a macro lens, and lighting by my friend's smartphone, Hope you like it 🤗

My nephew used to keep few of those as pets.
They look like sneaky little devils with those horns on their heads :)

I just found it, and just saw it in person, and it turns out that your nephew has a unique pets. That's incredible! 😄👏

Yes, I'm scared of the horns on it, I even thought it was an incarnation, or some kind of mystery, I dunno, but I thought so at first 🤣
