MONOMAD : LAUTTAWAR (Lake of Freshwater)

This time, I'll show you some pictures I shot while I was at a freshwater lake in the center of some mountains. Some of the images I'm sharing this time were taken with my Nikon D7200 KIT camera and show nearby objects. Let's talk a little bit about this lake. It is situated in the province of Takengon in Central Aceh, which is renowned for its refreshing mountain air. To reach there, however, requires traveling down winding, tortuous roads that cling to the edge of steep cliffs. The first images I'll give are those of the lake and its surroundings, which are framed by mountains and the sky's clouds, adding to the beauty of the scene. Here are a few pictures that I thought I'd share with you :)

Additionally, as this is a tourist destination created by locals, I'll also present a few additional items that are located around the lake as I said in the paragraph above. You may enter the location with an admission fee of roughly $0.50 per person, and you are free to stay there for as long as you desire ;

It's time to come back home, so we all piled into the vehicle and drove the roughly three hours back to our hometown.
