MONOMAD: Islamic Center Mosque Building
The Islamic Center Mosque Building is my entry today for the daily #monomad challenge hosted by @monochromes.
The Islamic Center Mosque is the largest mosque in the city of Lhokseumawe. It is a mosque of pride for the people of the city of Lhokseumawe, which was built around 2001 and stands on an area of 16,475 square meters. There you will see the beauty of its architecture, which adopts the style of a magnificent Middle East mosque.
Built since 2001, the Islamic Center has stalled several times. Now, the mosque and various other facilities have been completed, making it an icon of Lhokseumawe City. Source

It does look nice but I can't help myself. There is almost no modern mosque or church that looks nicer than old heritage ones.
Of course. I agree with you, ancient buildings look more beautiful because of the history contained in them. 😀
And probably much more handwork. Everything crafted. Nowadays machines can make stuff but you can see it is machine-made :)
It takes pure skill. But that's okay, times are getting more sophisticated. Even though we don't have time to see the results of handmade, we can still enjoy machine crafts. 😃
