Monomad - Grasshopper (Oxya yezoensis)

This is my entry for the daily #monomad challenge

Still with yesterday's hunting results in my friend's grass garden. If in the previous post I shared planthoppers species, while in today's #monomad challenge I want to share some photos of grasshoppers that are in the process of multiplying offspring.

It's not the first time I've come across a grasshopper species with this pose, but it's always interesting to photograph if there is an insect species making love. Why? because it's a rare moment, in my opinion. As for the grasshopper, I mean Oxya yezoensis, a species of rice-field grasshopper. And here are some photos:
