Monomad : Snout Beetles (Curculionidae)

Beetles are a class of insects that also have many species. Some that are generally known and easy to find are leaf beetles, rhinoceros beetles and beetles with long snouts as I will share the photos in this post. Is "snout beetles" (curculionidae), as the name implies this beetle has a long snout that even at first glance looks like an elephant's trunk.

I found these snout beetles when I was hunting for insects a few days ago in the forest. Unfortunately I can only capture a few photos because the beetle hastily dropped down and disappeared among the grass.
