Monomad: What cute little guys!

Here are some macro shots I submitted to the daily #monomad challenge hosted by @monochromes.

What cute little guys! Yesterday afternoon, I noticed leafcutter bees perched on the grass. Unlike sweat bees, which tend to perch in swarms, they appear to be selfish bees because they are solitary. And their snouts are more terrifying than sweat bees. However, this is only their outward appearance, as they are not aggressive like honey bees, who sting if you get too close to them, especially if you disturb the colony.
