Monomad: Sweat Bee on the Lantana Flower

I noticed a cute bee sucking Lantana nectar in the bushes. I think this is a sweat bee belonging to the genus Pseudapis .

The bee and the lantana flower were two creatures involved in mutualism.

But suddenly the bee stopped sucking when she realized that a foreign creature was too close to where she was.

Oops! It seems I have interfered with her business. She looked at me very carefully and got ready to take off if she felt threatened.

The bee stayed even though I took out my phone and shot from all around. However, she remained alert and had not resumed her diet.

It seems that this lady is waiting for me to get away from her. I know she might be annoyed. But I really have no intention of hurting her, except to admire her beauty.

This is another entry I submitted for the daily #monomad challenge.
