Monomad: "Ek Manok" Butterfly
This is my entry for the daily #monomad challenge hosted and curated by @monochromes.
Today I want to share some B&W frames with the tawny coster butterfly as the subject. Here, the Acehnese call it the "ek manok" butterfly ("ek manok" means chicken dung). That's a funny name because it refers to the original color, which is tawny like chicken dung. But actually, it is a beautiful butterfly. I captured it as it was perched sweetly on the reed panicles.
