Monomad: "Cat's Whiskers"

This is another entry I've included for the daily #monomad challenge.

As always, I came up with macro shots, and was that the cat's whiskers? You know it's not a cat's whiskers, but a caterpillar.

Then one must ask why the title is "cat whiskers" and not "a caterpillar?" That's because I see those long, taut hairs like the whiskers of my cat at home.

I often stroke my cat's whiskers and it is my way of pampering him. But stroking caterpillar fur, that's something I really avoid.

The feathers looked beautiful, but scary to touch. I wouldn't do it even if there's a reward challenge to do that.

Bad experiences in childhood were enough to traumatize me when I touch a caterpillar. But that wasn't intentional, just because someone had pranked me by throwing caterpillars at me.
