Monomad: After the 'Dogfight'

in Black And White2 months ago

This is my entry for the daily #monomad challenge hosted and curated by @monochromes.

A yellow-striped flutterer (Rhyothemis phyllis) was captured by me the other day. He looked like a vintage military aircraft that had just returned from a dogfight. Look at those wings! Some parts are torn and disheveled; it looks like it's just been hit by enemy fire. But I think he really just went through a "crazy dogfight." Who was his fighting opponent and how did it happen? Surely only he can explain!
