Graphing a Hyperboloid of One Sheet
In this video I graph a Hyperboloid of One Sheet, which has horizontal traces being ellipses and vertical traces being hyperbolas. This quadric surface is made up of one sheet, which means there is no separation into two parts as are usually typical when dealing with hyperbolas. I will go over the Hyperboloid of Two Sheets in a later video.
