Winners of the Monthly Engagement & Promotion Contests on the FreeCompliments Community – December 2023!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Earlier last year, we introduced two new contests to the FreeCompliments community! These contests are the Monthly Engagement Contest, to measure who provided the most total engagement to the community (in terms of posts, comments, and threads with the #freecompliments tag), and the Monthly Promotion Contest, to determine who onboarded the most members to the community over the course of the month.

Winner of the Monthly Engagement Contest

This time, in addition to number of posts, comments, and threads, we paid a little bit more attention to the variety and quality of content within each of these categories, and there was certainly some stiff competition. Engagement within each of those categories did vary during December, so it was important to consider all factors.

The overall winner of the Monthly Engagement Contest is: @thebighigg! Congratulations – you win 5 HSBI, 1000 Ecency points, and 5 DVS!

Honorary Mentions: @stekene for continuing to engage across all categories, and @ganjafarmer for your quality engagement, honesty, and continued commitment to the community. For your work, you’ll get 2 HSBI apiece.

Monthly Promotion Contest

Now, I will mention a reminder that we’re not including our Promotional Compliment Writer in this contest because the promotions are part of the job description. That said, based on the feedback we received in our monthly reminder, plus a bit of digging, we’ve got a clear winner: @meraki7578!

@wongi @goodysam @irfanmustafa I wasn't able to add more than 1 beneficiary through InLeo's UI, so please remind me to send you the beneficiary rewards in exactly 1 week. 5% / 5% / 1%. I've let the InLeo team know about this issue so that it could be fixed for the future.

This error was already known... Whenever I tried to use InLeo to post in the community, I experienced problems with beneficiaries and permlink. Sometimes I gave up on the interface, sometimes I gave up on including the beneficiary.

Unfortunately, we still don't have a frontend that meets the requirements satisfactorily, but we are making constant improvements in parallel with the development of new features.

Esse erro já era conhecido... Sempre que tentei utilizar a InLeo para postar na comunidade, passei por problemas com beneficiários e com permlink. As vezes desisti da interface, às vezes desisti de incluir o beneficiário.

Infelizmente ainda não temos uma frontend que atenda satisfatoriamente mas estamos caminhando com melhorias constantes em paralelo ao desenvolvimento de novos recursos.
