The legacy technology (you know the stuff they dismiss as Web 1.0) is still there. One can run Linux servers on most PCs. The various linux based Operating systems are getting better.

It is just a matter of people using it.

Interestingly, the BLURT hardfork seems to be the best blogging platform of all the SteemIt derivative sites. One can run with hard forks of legacy technology. It is all there it will all continue to work.
