Our world is increasingly dominated by multinationals, which is why it has been a long time in Europe that it has been warning of the dangers that loom over our system of freedoms and our economy.

Last week the European Commission published two pioneering documents in the world, putting European citizens and their digital rights as the number one priority of the community authorities, facing the "terms and conditions of use" (which nobody reads) and that sometimes they are unfair.

The documents in question are, the "White Book of Intelligence Artificial " and the " European data strategy ", which It will help protect the integrity of the data and the privacy of the users.

Obviously in Europe there are many things to improve, but if we look a little beyond our borders, we can see that we are at the global forefront in terms of freedoms and rights.

In the EU's opinion, digital transformation must be at the service of citizens and must respect European fundamental values ​​and these documents are based on three pillars:

• Technology must work for citizens.
• Technological transformation must promote a fairer and more competitive economy.
• Technology must reverse society contributing to make it open, democratic and sustainable
