Cucurbita moschata[ES/EN]

Esta es una de las viandas mas cosechadas en mi país, sobre todo por la facilidad de su siembra y cosecha, pues no requiere de muchos cuidados y es común verlas en cualquier pedazito de tierra con o sin cuidado. A muchos no les gusta por su sabor, pues suele ser "dulzón", pero con aceite y un buen adobo sabe mejor jj.

This is one of the most harvested vegetables in my country, especially due to the ease of planting and harvesting, since it does not require much care and it is common to see them in any small piece of land with or without care.
