Repairing a broken handle on a small tractor
This story started when a problem appeared one morning not so long ago.
Admittedly, it was also a very big problem because the handle for controlling the left track on the small tractor broke.
and what happened, they asked me if they could fix it, and of course I said yes, it's not a big problem.
This is what the handle looks like when it is made and installed .
First, I had to remove the handle, dismantle it, to see what I need to make a new one ...
Here is almost everything for making a replacement handle, of course in the new edition ..
First, on the oil piston, which has a threaded hole, I saw the processed sight and tightened it with locking nuts and crown washers so that it would not be visible when the machine vibrates.
At the set sight, I envied the square nut that has through holes with a metric thread on it.
When it was enviable and attached to it, I envied the handle .
These hands are made of wood, on which a thread is engraved, a Bakelite ball with a nut is attached to it, and this is how the handle is created.
So I made the second one to be the same for easier control of the machine .
When the melo control and view before additional closing security protection is set.
It has great space and does not scratch anywhere.
The only thing I didn't look at was how the handle looked through the passage, whether it was standing straight and as it should be .
As I can see very well, it looks excellent .
Now I installed a protective sheet with slots
In addition to radiation, there is a view of the circuit systems
And the connections of the hydraulic pipes in which the oil is under pressure to see what is important.
This is over, I repaired the machine and closed it as it should be. So little that you at HIVE can see what it looks like when broken things are repaired and put together even more efficiently than before .
I greet you all with my work.
Until the next adventure, of course .
THE END
Kudos for repairing it. I can just see and nod while you explain lol, for me it looks pretty complicated, although I know for you guys it is fun. Easy peasy. 😁
It's fun, but it needs to be put together to be efficient and usable ;))
And there are those who can't do it, to put the pieces together and make a machine be efficient - it's me hahaha
Ah, what more can I say, that's how it goes, we're not all for everything, it's important to enjoy it ;))
Wow! You’re a good repairman! It’s good to have you as neighbour! 😂
Hh Aaa that's nice to hear for a neighbor ;))
