I think that there are more of them in the nearby room that was once a bedroom and now is a generic storage room. Maybe these adult beetles ended up in the bathroom accidentally, while exploring and flying around.

Yes, this would be a logical conclusion ... if the medications were there. 🙂 But they are in the living room.
