15/06 Super Strawberry Moon🧠🌕 /Super Luna de Fresa🌑
Greetings friends! Today, 05/15, the super strawberry moon was seen here in Portugal between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., being nine o'clock the perfect time to see this moon that although it is called "strawberry moon" is simply a myth that acquires this color since we see it much brighter and a little "just a little" more yellowish! It's the second supermoon I've captured this year! Do you remember my post about that big "worm" moon? If you haven't seen it yet, you can access it on my blog! Saludos amigos! hoy 15/05 se vio la super luna de fresa aqui en Portugal entre las 21:00-22:00 siendo las nueve horas el momento perfecto para ver esta luna que aunque es llamada "luna de fresa" es simplemente un mito que adquiere este color ya que la vemos mucho mas brillante y un poco "solo un poco" mas amarillenta! es la segunda super luna que capto este año! recuerdas mi post de aquella gran luna "gusano"?? si aun no lo viste puedes acceder a el en mi blog! en el post de hoy trataremos de explicar cientificamente porque la luna es llamada asi? 👨🏫👨🎓🕵️♂️

Este hermoso evento astronomico estaba previsto para suceder entre los dias 14 y 15 de junio del 2022, para verla no necesitabamos telescopios ni binoculares, la luna estaria tan grande que a simple vista podriamos diferenciar su gran tamaño con aquel que estamos habituados! dependiendo del pais podriamos ver el punto donde la luna estaria mas proxima de la tierra aqui en Portugal fue entre las 21:00 a 21:20 ya a las 22:00 no se apreciaba su gran tamaño! yo utilice mi telescopio de gran alcance para poder ver detalles que a simple vista no veriamos! como los crateres!🕵️♂️🌑🌕

You are probably wondering!! How come I didn't see the "pink" moon yesterday, and of course it's a myth! the moon is not seen in that color! but it doesn't have your original color either! First of all, I would like to clarify that to understand this phenomenon we must know what the term "Supermoon" means, and that is because astronomers attribute the term to the moon when it is closest to our planet! and at the same time it is in its brightest emission phase!! do you like numbers? so to be more exact the moon was today "13% bigger" and "30% brighter" imagine seeing the moon with a telescope in its full phase?? it is difficult because it emits a lot of brightness now imagine photographing it at this stage??😨😨😲
Probablemente te preguntantes!! como es que ayer no vi la luna de color "rosa" y claro es un mito!! la luna no se observa de ese color! pero tampoco tiene tu color original! me gustaria primero aclarar que para entender este fenomeno debemos conocer que significa el termino "Super luna" y es que los astronomos atribuyen el termino a la luna cuando esta mas proxima de nuestro planeta! y al mismo tiempo esta en su fase de emision de mas brillo!! te gustan los numeros? entonces para ser mas exactos la luna fue hoy "13% mas grande" y "30% mas brillante" imagina ver la luna con un telescopio en su fase llena?? es dificil porque emite mucho brillo ahora imagina fotografiarla en esta fase??😮👨💻📚

En el hemisferio norte en esta fase de la luna se realizan las "colectas de las fresas" nuevamente los aborigenes americanos fueron quienes bautizaron esta super luna! al igual que lo que ocurrio con la "super luna gusano"! "Algonquinos" era llamado la tribu que coloco el nombre de esta linda luna! la luna esta a una diferencia de "40.000 kilometros cuando esta en esta fase" dando ese aspecto de estar mucho mas proximo!📚🌑🌑
In Europe the tradition of this super moon is different! The Europeans baptized it as the "pink" moon, which was also related to the harvest of roses! En europa la tradicion de esta super luna es diferente! los europeos la bautizaron como luna "de rosa" que tambien era relacionada a las cosechas de las rosas! hay un dato astronomico interesante con este fenomeno y es que "cada lapso de 50 anos" esta luna aparece y coincide con el "solsticio de junio" por ejemplo aqui en Portugal estamos en verano y la super luna de fresa indica eso en nuestro hemisferio! y seria lo opuesto del hemisferio sur que indica el invierno! y me parece muy interesante como las tribus antiguamente podian predecir las estaciones climaticas unicamente viendo la luna!!🍓🍓

That's a nice system you got there! Unfortunately I've only been able to see the moon from my window for the last 2-3 days, but it was so beautiful even seen from the distance!
These are great. I had planned to get out with my camera, but cloudy and rainy here. I had an opportunity a couple days before the full moon, but didn't get the camera out. I thought nah, I'll wait a day or two for the full moon that will be awesome. Well, apparently it was, but I didn't get to see it! Looking forward to getting out for some moon pics again soon though even if not the full.
