I saw this millipede was seeking the safe-heaven in a bunch of mushrooms after the rain. Indeed, it noticed me paying attention to its move. This millipede was slowly crawling on the wet log where some mushrooms grew. Seeing that, I tried to capture this invertebrate creature while moving down and up to this wood. Here we call " Kaki Seribu" literally translated as " a thousand feet," refers to the many feet they have. Millipedes belong to the group of arthropod which also includes centipedes and other multi-legged creatures. It has included in cylindrical or slightly flattened invertebrates with round-bodied and two sets of legs on each body segment. Usually, it curls into C form and is calm when it is touched
Millipedes are a group of arthropods that are characterized by having two pairs of jointed legs on most body segments; they are known scientifically as the class Diplopoda, the name derived from this feature. source
