Both the male and the female had too little body fat, particularly the female. For that reason, I don't think those bodies would be considered ideal by most people.

Depends on the person, but looking at those guys, they are around 3% body fat! :D
I think the woman in particular is too ripped. Having that little body fat would probably make a woman infertile. Even the guy could probably benefit from a bit of fat under his skin.
But this is the thing - no one cares about reality - it doesn't have to actually work. They want the impossible.
