It took me days thinking about the question of the week till I finally got my answer ,I had just finished listening to a teaching on God's kingdom by Myles Monroe on youtube by the way when it dawned on me that if technology never existed I would never have access to so much knowledge that I derived from listening to this man. I sat in my house in Nigeria and listened to a message preached in the Bahamas which is a thousand miles away.

And most importantly the fact that even in his death, Technology has found a way to spread his messages far and wide for easy accessibility too.
so like the question asks,
Can Spirituality and Technology Live Together?
My answer is YES.
I believe that in this 21st-century one cannot do without the other. I remember in my school days when we attend debates about how technology had done more good than harm to our society, I was always in support of the harm technology had done with the way people have gotten so obsessed with it and used them to ruin a life, family, and businesses with their words and action on these technological platforms till I came to understand that the technology is not the problem but the user of these technologies is the problem.
So for our spiritual development as individuals, it becomes our decision to decide if technology would help with our growth or if the gadget will make us lose focus of our spirituality.
Let's face the Fact Technology is here to stay, we would only experience more advancement rather than eradication of technology and if we understand this then we would look for a way to use it to our advantage to enhance every aspect of our lives including our spirituality.

My phone, for example, is one of the most important devices I have, I spend my free time and even most of my busy hours with my phone, and I barely remember to pick up my Bible to read, meditate or pray, But thanks to my meditation and praying App that pops up regularly as a reminder to read and meditate on God's word daily. Besides, there is time for everything so when these notifications come in I know to put my phone on silent and far from because the sound from the phone can completely interrupt my subtle communication with God through my prayers.
although most times I Ignore these notifications, I tell myself I would come back to it but I never do till I found a community of ladies online that helps you stay accountable for your spiritual growth, we help each other grow and pray together
these are ladies from all over the world and you would wonder how we can achieve these when we are all far apart, we did because we judiciously utilized the technologies we have from zoom meetings, skype calls, goggle reminders, mixlr social life audio and so much more.
I have learned so much from them And grown my spiritual life than I would alone Thanks to the Technology of a mobile phone.
And besides even the Bible says
“And then he told them, “Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone.”
Mark 16:15 NLT
Without the use of technology either Our communication gadgets or transportation, there is no other way, well there could be a way but with technology, we can get the gospel to reach the corners of the earth or even the world faster.
I could go on and on but with all you have read so far, I hope I have been able to give enough reasons why technology and spirituality could live together in harmony.
