QOTW 9.4 : CAN SPIRIYUALITY AND TECHNOLOGY LIVE TOGETHER?

Hi friends,
I feel good to be here again, and to partake in this week question, i will soon be sharing my personal opinion on the subject of concern for this week, but i want to first give a shout out to all members, friends and lovers of this great community, its been a great time engaging this community and i must say that i have leant so much in just a few weeks of my engaging this awesome community, today according to my calendar is the last day of the month of January 2022 , I want to pray that God will keep you all in good health, strong and full of grace till you enter into the new month. God bless you.

I want to start by saying YES, spirituality can live with Technology, Life on its own spiritual and as a matter of fact, life needs machineries to help in assisting and enhancing productivity.

Spirituality would not have been so effective without the help of technology and in a way, technology has been of help and assistance to life in general, for me, spirituality would not have thrived to the point it has gotten to without technology.

Spirituality involves the recognition of a feeling or sense or belief that there is something greater than myself, something more to being human than sensory experience, and that the greater whole of which we are part is cosmic or divine in nature. ... An opening of the heart is an essential aspect of true spirituality.

Technology is the sum of any techniques, skills, methods, and processes used in the production of goods or services or in the accomplishment of objectives, such as scientific investigation. Wikipedia

My personal Experience

• Hive blockchain: This platform is growing and fully functional because of the availability of technology, now we can easily in a matter of seconds share thought and ideologies from one Conner of the world and it will fly over the entire universe just by the use of technology, again take for instance, the QOTW, that was just dropped by the admin of the community, in less than one week, many persons are going to share their opinions and we will all have access to it, that would have made possible without technology.

• The information world: communication is made very easy and possible because of the presence of technology, we all don't have to go wait for the publish of papers and magazines, before one will have access to vital information that can and will enhance spirituality.

• Spiritual Materials and teachings: This was very much visible at the first visit of pandemic, COVID 19, We can practically say that communication was a big deal, we were restricted from the normal daily activities and meeting in public places but yet event and every other activities were effectively going on because of technology, access were gained with respect to spiritual materials despites the lockdown experience, church and spiritual meetings were still being held.

CONCLUSION
Spirituality would have been able to live without technology, in the age that was without technology but in this technology base age, it will not be possible, reason is not far fetch, simply because technology has been of great assistance and again of great advantage to spirituality in terms of speed and time redemption, what one would have use many days, month and years to do, will now be made possible in seconds just by the tap of fingers on the devices made available by technology.
