Hello and welcome to my page. I'm @daniky and this is my entry to the question of the week challenge, an initiative by @ecotrain. Kindly follow me as i share my thought with you regarding the question of the week which states that "What is the best kind of action?". On my post I'll be laying emphazy on "Health."

There is a saying which states that "Health is Wealth" and "Prevention is better than Cure." This is very sensitive statement when it comes more to the aspect of our individual life. There are drastic actions that needed to be taken to prevent regret or the word "had i know." Many people have taken laws to their own hands rather than changing and improving on their personal lifestyle. Many shouldn't have had a deteriorated health today only if they wake up early enough to their daily task to not taking their health for granted. Due to this I'll be laying emphasis on few points of interest as stated below;

  • Never wait to get sick before going for medical check-up
  • Sleep when necessary
  • Be mindful of what goes into your mouth
  • Avoid sedentary lifestyles and create more time for aerobic exercise
  • Mind your Vision carefully
  1. Never wait to get sick before going for medical check-up: Many of us fall victim of this circumstance. We only go for medical check-up only when we're ill (which suppose not to be). The most important engine we need to keep servicing in life is our health status. At times, going for a comprehensive health check-up is very vital to keep us on track. It's quite unfortunate that many waits for their health to deteriorated before seek for medical attention.

  2. Sleep when necessary: After the day's hard-work and exercises comes a moment for rest. Rest is important to reconfigure and strengthening your immune system. The more melatonin is secreted by the brain cells the more you need to use it achieve the purpose of adequate bed rest. When you cheat nature by depriving yourself of bed rest at due times, it have a way of getting it back from you in a harder way. You feel psychologically imbalanced as a result of lack of sleep or rest, so you need pay back tour coin to nature.

  3. Be mindful of what goes into your mouth: There's a usual adage that says "You're what you eat." That's a true fact. The food we eat and water we drink plays lots of impactful roles in our life depending of their nutritional content or recommended daily allowance. It pays to take more of fruits than food itself as it helps to regenerate your immune system thereby helping to fight against germs and unwanted bacteria. It's note worthy that excess of protein in your body turns to carbohydrate while excess of carbohydrate to body fat while excess of fat leads to someone being over weight or obese which might bring about the genesis of an unhealthy lifestyle and the easy feel of tiredness, lack of proper blood flow which might lead to the built up of plagues in one's arteries giving rise to various health challenges such as stroke, atherosclerosis and even death in most cases. So, exercise more than you eat to get the desirable result you want for your health.

  4. Mind your Vision carefully: Our eye is a vital sense organ responsible for vision and it is known as the "light of the body" which have to be protected at all cost. Any damage or impairment to the eye becomes a disability and renders the entire body worthless. Hence the need to act fast to take care of the eye. Visit an optician if you notice any unusual abnormalities. Always go for medical check-up as well as health is said to wealth. So mind your vision.
