i always joke that i was born in the wrong time zone. at the moment i am lucky to be able to not have to change my sleeping time. but it is really tough when i have to do stuff with "normal" functioning people. and if i have to i can change my sleep time for some time, but i need exactly one day to get back to my normal routine.
