WASHINGTON, DC (@ZENINEWS) — The beneficiaries of the dodgy data scam are by no means limited to Big Pharma, government agencies corrupted by self-interested nabobs or greedy philanthropic NGOs, but Big Tech has a vested interest as well — and that means DARPA, along with IN-Q-Tel, the CIA’s funding mechanism for tech startups. The government control mechanism and surveillance state depend on Big Tech for their mechanisms of control. Just as a race to find a vaccine, so to is the race for the technology necessary to identify, track, isolate and quarantine — for that digital IDs will be needed and Microsoft is likely leading the way.

The technology is, for the most part, already in use in China, unlike a vaccine that is still in testing. But that won’t slow down the efforts to find better, faster, and more accurate tracking. As Zenith News has contended all along, this has nothing to do with public health, but power, money, and complete control. In this case the vaccine and the technology have been melded into one.

Contact Tracing

Contact tracing is one more step toward total control, something the Democrats and RINOs are attempting to nationalize through H.R. 6666 as we’ve reported before in an article with the same title. This is a joint effort, a private-public endeavor by government and NGOs such as the Clinton (the creator) and Gates Foundations. The purpose, under the guise of public health, is to surveil the entire population, weeding out dissenters and the non-compliant using data collected from social media.

Once people are isolated they will be tested using tests that at best are notoriously ineffective (there are many false-positives) and pre-contaminated at worst. People will then be “interrogated” looking for people they’ve been in contact with so they can then be sent to “quarantine centers,” compounds surrounded by high fences and concertina wire. A man in Tennessee escaped and was charged under the same statute a prison escapee would be.

“Notably, the infamous “Stanford Study” which was seized upon by the conservative media to claim that the coronavirus had already infected a large percentage of the population and therefore wasn’t very deadly also relied on China-made antibody tests that produced huge numbers of false positives. Those who touted the findings of the Stanford Study were actually getting hoodwinked by China, it turns out. And similar antibody tests have been run in New York, allowing Cuomo to spread total disinformation to the public, claiming somewhere around 14% of all New Yorkers have already been infected with the virus.”1

The real agenda behind contact tracing is to use the fear of the government to enforce the unlawful edicts already in place. People have become sick and tired of having their rights trampled by mini-dictators and are no longer afraid of the virus, having become wise to the dishonest “science” behind it. They are, however, aware of the awesome power of government.

“Contact tracing seems to be all the rage lately, but is it really just “contact tracing,” and how many laws are being broken while they surveil the country going door to door with the threat of isolation? Is this about preventing the spread or is it to gather data, instill more panic, or create a false need for mail-in ballots? How far are these people willing to go, and who was instrumental in getting this rolling? How far are you willing to go to fight for your rights?”2

This is what’s behind much of contact tracing:

H.R.6666 (TRACE) Act was introduced by IL Rep. Bobby Rush for a $100 billion grant to NGOs and organizations to carry out contract tracing throughout the U.S. just months after attending the Aspen Institute’s conference in Africa which was paid for in part by Bill Gates, Rockefellers, and the Democracy Fund.
Dr. Paul Farmer of Partners in Health was also at the Aspen Institute with Bobby Rush, who is currently running the contact tracing program in Massachusetts and beyond. Dr. Jonathan Epstein of EcoHealth Alliance whose $3.7 million NIH funding was recently cut off due to ties to the Wuhan Institute of Virology, was also in attendance, among others.
Former World Bank President and co-founder of Partners in Health Jim Yong Kim is the man contacting governors to implement the contact tracing program in multiple states.
Bill Gates has funded Partners in Health over $44 million between the Gates Foundation and Global Fund, and goes back decades with this group, working on numerous agendas and initiatives together. Chelsea Clinton is also on the board of trustees of PIH.
There are over 60 companies rolling out tracing apps and getting people to register, while RFID/NFC syringes are being manufactured by the millions for a future vaccine.3
Those in charge of containing the epidemic will use mandatory vaccinations for two purposes: a) to collect DNA samples from everyone and b) to inject nanotechnology to trace (surveil) everyone injected using the ApiJect syringes that the DOD just ordered 500 million of.

“Anyone who thought the US military was preparing to force vaccinate every American with a coronavirus vaccine has just found strong evidence to confirm the plan. According to a press release from the US Dept. of Defense, featuring an announcement from Lt. Col. Mike Andrews, the DoD is partnering with HHS to acquire 500 million ApiJect vaccine injection devices, with deliveries expected to begin in October of this year.”4

This is the result of “political science,” dodgy data for dirty dollars equals government control. That’s been the agenda all along. The social credit score system in China was the precursor to this.

“The ApiJect syringes come with an optional RFID tag so that health care workers can track the GPS location and identity of the individual being injected. Via the Apiject.com website:”

“With an optional RFID/NFC tag on each BFS prefilled syringe, ApiJect will make this possible. Before giving an injection, the healthcare worker will be able to launch a free mobile app and “tap” the prefilled syringe on their phone, capturing the NFC tag’s unique serial number, GPS location, and date/time. The app then uploads the data to a government-selected cloud database. Aggregated injection data provides health administrators an evolving real-time ‘injection map.’”

“Yes, you will be tracked, tagged, bagged, and injected, most likely against your will.”

The Chinese social credit system was designed in Silicon Valley and now the Tech Giants are scrambling for grant money to implement the mass-surveillance program in America. The Chinese system works on cellphone apps, the American system will use cell phones along with biometric sensors that can also be used to target 5G radiation.

“From early on, everyone was told that Google was working on an app that people could “voluntarily opt into” that would allow them to register their information and get notified if they come in close proximity to those who test positive for COVID-19. They portrayed it as a helpful safety tool for all (that tracks you), but they most certainly didn’t want to infringe on anyone’s privacy, so it would, therefore, be “voluntary” – until it wasn’t. This was merely a dipping of everyone’s toes into the pool of shit that was coming down the pike.”5

Fauci, et.al. have already indicated that for life to “return to normal” would be dependent on the vaccine, along with people taking it. It will be the mark of the beast, either literally or figuratively, that will determine who can or cannot return to work or even go out in public. I remind the reader that this is for a virus that has killed only just over 11,000 people nationwide. This isn’t about public health, this is about total control — and it’s all driven by faulty politically driven science, the result of the Bayh-Dole Act.

“There are already over 60 companies pushing everything from cell phone apps to other ways of tracking COVID-positive people, along with anyone who signs up, under the guise of returning society to ‘normal’ in a “controlled, measurable, and privacy-preserving way.” They allege that this ‘COVID Credentials Initiative’ is a “direct response from many calls for an ‘immunity passport,’ a digital certificate that lets individuals prove (and request proof from others) that they’ve recovered after testing negative, have tested positive for antibodies, or have received a vaccination, once one is available. By proving some level of immunity, individuals will be able to begin participating in everyday life again.” Let’s all pause for a good laugh. The “digital certificate” was a Gates brainstorm, so the “many calls” for this they allegedly received, were likely very few, and this mind manipulation tactic of being able to participate in everyday life again is a crock of shit to scare everyone into complying.”6

This is all being pushed by the Rockefeller and Gates Foundations, funders of bad, politically-driven science for decades. The goal of these NGOs along with the CDC, NIH, DARPA, et.al., is to turn America into a science-driven technocracy with the government in total control and average people under total surveillance 24/7. All of those traffic cameras were only the beginning.

The NGOs

The Rockefeller Foundation used its money and influence to transform medicine, and what the Rockefellers were to medicine Bill Gates is to technology. Now they’ve joined forces. “A 2020 Rockefeller Foundation Paper now proposes the next phase of the solution to the coronavirus crisis – after the 2010 Rockefeller Foundation Paper which predicted and analyzed the problem and reaction. It’s problem-reaction-solution, Rockefeller-Gates style.”

“Last month on April 21st, the New World Order (NWO) manipulators released a 2020 Rockefeller Foundation Paper entitled National Covid-19 Testing Action Plan – Pragmatic steps to reopen our workplaces and our communities. This came after countless MSM appearances by NWO frontman, eugenicist, and depopulation-via-vaccines enthusiast Bill Gates claiming you would need digital certificates and immunity passports to travel around again, and that your inherent rights such as the right to gather or assemble may never return unless you’re vaccinated. Predictably, the April 2020 Rockefeller Foundation Paper is a blueprint for the creation of a colossal nationwide DNA database of the entire US population.”7

The CV-19 outbreak hasn’t changed the overall objective of the eugenicist/depopulation crowd, only accelerated it. Technology will give them the tools they need to track and determine the “essential” form “non-essential” workers, and the data necessary to weed out dissenters. The Rockefeller paper also “predicts” a second wave, something they’d unlikely reveal if they didn’t already have a new strain available for release. Once again I remind the reader that the 1918 Spanish Flu pandemic came about as the result of a typhus vaccine, an influenza strain that’s been modified and weaponized (see https://zenith.news/influenza-biological-warfare-in-the-21st-century/ )

“The brainwashing is nothing if not blatant and transparent. The Rockefeller Foundation and Bill Gates have the same puppet-master and thus read from the exact same script. Gates has repeated the scheme ad nauseam: no return to normalcy until you’re vaccinated … no return to normalcy until you’re vaccinated … no return to normalcy until you’re vaccinated. The foreword of the paper paints a grim picture (with propagandistic ideas of a resurgence and a 2nd wave in the background)”8

This has been trumpeted ad nauseum by all of the “experts” such as Fauci and Gates. Fauci has also prognosticated a second round or new strain for the Fall, just in time for the election.

“Notice how the plan includes a “Healthcare Corps” which funnily enough is exactly what Bill Clinton was planning a few weeks ago in his talks with the Californian and New York Governors where they spoke of an “army of tracers” (Cuomo’s words) and using the AmeriCorps (founded by Clinton) to become America’s new national contact tracing force. What is truly audacious and disgraceful about this part of the scheme is that some governors are shamelessly calling for the very people who have been put out of work by their policies to now go and sign up to be a contact tracer or contact investigator, so as to continue to enforce the same tyranny on others that screwed them over and caused the unemployment. Wow. You just can’t make this stuff up.”9

So too has the federal government. Nancy Pelosi has craftily added HR 6666 to the new $3 trillion omnibus spending bill.

“And that fast, just 13 days after the TRACE Act was introduced, Nancy Pelosi snuck it into her new 1,815-page draft for a $3 trillion coronavirus package, requesting $75 billion for “Covid-19 testing, tracing and isolation efforts.” Once again, this package is another wish list that also aims to prohibit voter id requirements to obtain a ballot. It will likely be rewritten several times before anything is hashed out, but people need to stay on top of sounding the alarm bell when it comes to them sneaking the TRACE Act into this next package.”10

This way when H.R. 6666 is pushed through Congress the funding will already be in place. In politics, there are no coincidences. But technology is what will make the whole operation work. Without the nanotechnology for the RFID/RNA sensors, the ApiJect syringes are useless. Without the surveillance technology the whole thing falls apart and the data collected for decades by social media is useless — at least as far as this operation goes.

This is all about surveillance and control, the virus is merely an excuse, a useful tool to implement total control.

”As if the drones from China weren’t eye-opener enough, we’ve now moved into contact tracers digging into your personal life, quarantine camps, mandatory masks in public despite Dr. Fauci stating they don’t protect you, and mobile units showing up at your door. Gosh this sure sounds familiar, doesn’t it?”11

This is a surveillance state that Hitler and Stalin could only dream about taking place before our very eyes in the land of the free and the home of the brave. This is the Chinese social credit system on steroids. And technology is the oil that keeps it all working.

Bioelectronics

What makes the unholy marriage between medicine and technology work is something called Bioelectronics, the nanotechnology sensors that allow the biometric tracking. Trump’s new “vaccine czar,” Dr. Moncef Slaoui, a former executive with vaccine manufacturer GlaxoSmithKline, is also directly linked to the Gates Foundation and is an “expert” in the field of microelectronics.

“Following his education, Slaoui joined the pharmaceutical industry, serving on the board of Directors of GlaxoSmithKline between 2006 through 2015. Slaoui served in several senior research & development (R&D) roles with GlaxoSmithKline during his time with the company, including Chairman of Global Vaccines. GSK has a history of working with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation on projects such as the development of a malaria vaccine and anti-HIV compounds used as microbicides. In fact, Dr. Slaoui worked for 27 years on the malaria vaccine, ultimately partnering with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to develop a $600 million malaria vaccine. When Slaoui took over at GSK, his predecessor, Tachi Yamada, joined the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.”

“More recently, Slaoui sits on the boards of pharmaceutical companies and biotechnology organizations. He is also a partner at MediciX investment firm, chairman of the board at Galvani Bioelectronics, chairman of the board at SutroVax and sits on the boards of Artisan Biosciences, Human Vaccines Project and Moderna Therapeutics. Each of these companies is involved in vaccine development and the emerging field of bioelectronics.”12

“Moderna, as pointed out in previous articles, is one of the companies involved in CV-19 vaccine research — one that is already in human trials. The CV-19 vaccine, regardless of who gets the contract, will contain bioelectronics, something that should be of concern to everybody as it involves injecting electronic nanotechnology based on AI that can not only be used to track but alter the body’s responses to external stimuli. Galvani Bioelectronics is on the cutting edge of this new science. Also involved is a company associated with Google, another factor that should cause concern. “Galvani Bioelectronics was formed out of an agreement with Verily Life Sciences LLC (formerly Google Life Sciences), an Alphabet company, and GSK. The goal is to ‘enable the research, development, and commercialization of bioelectronic medicines.”

“Bioelectronic medicine is a relatively new research field focused on tackling chronic diseases by using “miniaturized, implantable devices that can modify electrical signals that pass along nerves in the body, including irregular or altered impulses that occur in many illnesses”.13

The biometric ID that will come in the form of a “quantum dot tattoo,” is activated by an enzyme that Bill Gates has dubbed “luciferase.”

“According to reports, luciferase will activate these quantum dot “microneedles,” as they are also called, effectively delivering the so-called vaccines into people’s bodies. This “near-infrared bioluminescence enzyme luciferase” is what will make the Gates vaccines readable through special mobile device apps that will scan the injection site and identify the “digital certificates,” or proof of vaccination, that Gates and others have been publicly announcing in recent days.”14

This will be what determines who can go back to work, to church, or circulate in society. This “mark of the beast” will indeed determine “who can buy and who can sell,” as predicted in Revelations. Perhaps this is why the closing of churches is a big part of the globalist plan.

“With the help of luciferase, a person’s proof of vaccination will be readable in perpetuity long after he or she was injected with a vaccine for the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19). If a digital certificate is present, in other words, that person will be allowed to enter a store to buy food or fly on an airplane. If it is not present, then that person will presumably be turned away and told to go get vaccinated if he or she wants to participate in society.”

“With each passing day, it becomes clearer and plainer to those of us who are Bible believers that we are living in a very unique time period,” writes Geoffrey Grider for Now the End Begins. “So unique, in fact, that we just might be witnessing the kingdom of Antichrist and the Mark of the Beast system being assembled before our very eyes.”15

Microsoft has patented this enzyme and it should come as no surprise, given the Biblical similarities, that this could indeed by the mark of the beast spoken of by St. John of Patmos.

“Using the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) as a cover, these authoritarian globalists are imposing all kinds of new restrictions on the masses using fear and coercion to get it done rapidly. And they are throwing all kinds of end times signs right in our faces along the way, including another implantable microchip device created by Microsoft that bears the patent number of #060606, or 666 without the zeroes.”16

Could they have made their plan any more obvious?

We are entering — being forced into — a technocratic nightmare.

This must be stopped, or humanity is doomed to a fate worse than death — a condition of technocratic slavery… a condition where every aspect of our lives will be controlled by “having the mark” as the Bible predicted. If this is not stopped not only will America and all of the promise it holds be lost, but humanity, as we know it, will be lost as well. People have been conditioned by the MSM, Hollywood, and pop culture, in particular, to accept evil in small doses — now they’re being led by the nose by very evil people disguised as humanity’s “saviors” into a condition from which there is no return.
